im doing a ckd again. what would be a better choice to run with this diet to avoid rebound weight gain and soliidify fat losses and keep leptin up? leptigen or bromo

Bromo will not keep leptin up, it will mimick many of its effects.

LeptiGen looks great on paper, but until more real world feedback starts coming in, one cannot really comment on its effectiveness

Theoretically, bromo should be better for those above 20% bodyfat (because they will be somewhat leptin resistent), LeptiGen for those who are leaner.

thanks par dues, im prolly sub 20% ercent again. i had to stop the ckd do to a accident and diet went to complete shit. how much of the leptigen do need, im 220 or so? that stuff looks expensive like a motha.

are there any mood changes with leptigen?

Where can someone get Bromo? Any online stores sell it?

What about nicotine gum comparing to those others in terms of keeping leptin up?

are there any mood changes with leptigen?

The following is taken from Par on the Avant forums (and with regards to mood, the 5-HTP could ellicit a greater state of calm, due to serotonin increase. And aside from that, the reduction in appetite indirectly, can make the passing day more peaceful, as opposed to longing for food).

Here is an initial LeptiGen chart. This is a simplified version -- you may have to make adjustments based on length and severity of dieting, as well as you genetics (the longer and more severe you have dieted, the higher the dose you would want, and the higher your bodyfat setpoint, the higher the dose you will need). The numbers given is for a fairly average individual, who would start having problems losing fat in the 10% range.

Men:

<6% = 9 teaspons/day
6-8% = 7 teaspoons/day
8-10% = 5 tsp/d
10-12% = 3
12-15% = 2
15-20% = 1
>20% = 0

Women -- subtract 6% to bodyfat levels and use corresponding dose -- i.e., if you are 20% bf, use the amount for 14% (2 tsps/day.)

These numbers are assuming a moderate (500 calories) deficit. You should add 1.5 teaspoons per 500 calories below this moderate deficit.

Does anyone know where I can get Leptigen. One of my friends told me he heard its back. I used to love that supplement for losing weight and I hear it’s got a new formula
