Legs

I went to the gym at a different time than I usually go, and I saw this jacked dude. well, jacked from the waist up. then I saw his legs, his legs were just not up to par with the rest of his upper body. and then I looked at my legs in comparison, mine were bigger! he was a short and stocky dude with huge guns, me? I am just yer average 20-something guy with an athletic build. it still amazes me that people, well men because women like to flaunt their legs, disregard their legs when it comes to working out. yuck...
 
why be a body builder when you can be an upperbody builder...

its only 1/2 (well 1/4) of the full job.........much more time to flex
 
I agree

I can't stand seeing a guy that doesn't train legs? Like what the hell is he there for? It's not that difficult. I don't respect those kind of lifters at all. I respect anyone that takes the time to train his WHOLE body, no matter how big or small he is.
 
sometimes you see guys always in the string tanks and shaved up wearing baggies year round. there is usually a good reason...haha

I laugh my ass off when I see guys with huge upper bodies and spindly little legs. If they get pissed off I can just push 'em and they'll topple over and be stuck on the floor like an overturned turtle.

LOL! Those guys are one of the fews things in life I can't understand. I mean, when they look at themselves in the mirror don't they see an obvious imbalance?

The other day I saw a guy doing barbell bench pressing with 405 and he got 3 or 4 reps. I'll give him credit for that, pretty impressive, however, I would be very suprised if he could squat 5 reps at 185 (that is, if he ever tried). One of the wierdest looking people I've ever seen. His legs probably get sore just from having to carry around his heavy upper body...
 
Leg day is a celebration of power and drive, there are few things as addictive as the sounds of the plates crashing together as you squat (except my new gym has those plastic wrapped, octagon shapped plates that don't clang, I feel robbed). You can always tell the guys who want it most by how they train on squat day!

The pussies with no legs are often the ones that are only in this to get laid, if most of the women you see really dig your physique then you are too damn small (think I went off on a tangent there)
