Legs....

My legs are toothpicks, my calves are almost non existant, not much i can do anymore. I have tried just about everything. As far as not squating, i do reps at 405 rock bottom, and have hit 500 for a couple good reps. I am just not cut out for bodybuilding. You would think my legs are toothpicks but my upper legs have measured 29 inches before. some of us are just genetically challenged, lol. But i know what you are saying, the only time i wait for the power rack is when someone is curling.
 
I was one of those guys that would totally ignore legs. Not so much that I didn't think they mattered, but I was like, "damn, this is hard" and "squats hurt (and can hurt) my knees". Basically, I was being a wuss. ;)

Fortunately, I woke up from that and have been pounding legs ever since.
