training split advice for fast gains

I've always stuck to 3 days splits. It's been simple for me to do. You can do variations of the training.
 
25 years old.
looking to change up my workouts.
Want to use something that will work fast for me.
my legs are my biggest weakness and I would like to improve that as much as I can.
Also going to be on 500mgs a week of test
do you recommend I train my legs 2x a week at 60%? or should I train them 1x a week at 80-90%?
There's no direct correlation between the PED and dosing thereof and frequency of or how high of a percentage of training.

Give us an example (via a log would be good) of a leg workout inc sets and reps etc. By way of example, all things being equal, even if taking a bucket load of PEDs happened but you only squat 140lbs you'll have Tom Platz or Nick Walker like quads.

The whole 'split' thing don't mean jack if you train like a pussy when you go.

One super common trick known to be moderately effective is to just do the opposite of what you do now. If light go heavy, if low reps go high, etc
 
I'd recommend 2x times a week. Just make sure the volume adds up and you're recovering well. 😁
