leg presses advices?

just want to know if your knees touch your chest when you're doing some 45° inclined press ?
personnally I don't ,I stop before my knees go to my chest,but I obtain good results on the leg...what about you?
oh,my routin looks like this:5X squats/4X press 45°/4X leg extension.
 
Do what is comfortable for you. I personally use a wide stance and I let my quads travel to the side of my chest. I am sure not to go so deep where my lower back will roll out. I never lock out at the top as I place continuous motion on the quads. Good luck!
 
I take a relatively wide stance as well with my toes slightly pointing out to take the stress off of my knees. I bring my knees down and touch my chest. Yes it will be a bit harder, but it's the way to go.
 
I do it a number of different ways. Not going down low puts more stress on the quads, and is actually HARDER for me. When I bring my knees to my chest, I get more hamstring and glute action, and can use much more weight. However, I don't feel it as good in the quads. So I'll do it both ways, depending on my mood.

exactly the same for me bro;if I go low my glutes work more than my quads and my glutes work enough when i'm squatting.
