Least supps i should take

Ok so i am running low on budget and i need to buy supps. Along with test 250mg 12 weeks and var 40mg for 8 weeks.

Whey
Creatine
Glutamine
Flax seed
CLA
Policosonal
Multi-vitamin
L-Carnitine
Glycomaize

Was thinking of keeping whey, multi-vitamin, glycomaize(post w/o) and Flax seed. I know all the others have benefits, but would i be alright without them?
 
i dont think you realy need anything more than food water and a multi-v
 
Ok so I have whey, GLYCOMAIZE, creatine kre-alkalyn, and a multivitamin. Is a pre w/o necessary? I have never tried one except nanoVapor. Made me sick to my stomach

yes a Nice pre Wokout is important to enervate the CNS to recruit muscle fiber to the Max

Just get a nice clean fat Burner ( sorry to say)or LIPOFLAME at 4 caps will be perfect ( sorry to spam but it true) OR Amplify02.

milk and oats is a good one for me.

bbing isnt cheap. here are some of the cheapest good foods. for carbs whole grain flour. you can mix it with water flatten it like a pancake and pan fry it and also oats. for protein cheap ground beef. you can get 3lbs for 5.00 around here.

so glycomaize is a no no? I thought it was important to get simple carbs post workout whether your ON or not....

I have never taken WM/whey consistently, i wonder how much gains i would get if i just added that?

It would definitely help. It's just protein and carbs so it would be the same as just eating more food. Well, it IS just eating more food.
