Starting a structured lean bulk running from December through to May next year, tracking training, nutrition, recovery, and how BiopoweRNA Labs perform over the duration.
Goal is slow, quality tissue gain while keeping condition tight no dirty bulk nonsense.




Current Stats:

  • Bodyweight: 101.5 kg
  • Phase: Lean Bulk
  • Duration: ~6 months (Dec → May)


Training Split:
Running a high-frequency upper / lower setup with two distinct leg days:

  • Upper Push
  • Legs 1
  • Upper Pull
  • Off
  • Legs 2
  • Upper Pull
  • Off
Focus is progressive overload, controlled volume, and keeping joints healthy while pushing load.


Nutrition (Starting Point):

  • Calories: ~3,800–3,900 kcal
  • Protein: 270 g
  • Carbs: 540 g
  • Fats: 65 g

Adjustments will be made based on weekly scale weight, performance, and visual condition.

You don't see too many people stacking multivitamin, protein powder, and creatine all together, but that's a pretty good stack and it's not expensive at all either. @MrCheeky I kind of like that strategy.

I absolutely love to see your supplement list. It is very thorough. That krill oil goes a long way. It's great for the joints, and I love the tudca, milk thistle, and hawthorn berry. @MrCheeky
