Lean bulk help

Just started a new cycle. Want some input on how to better tweak my diet for lean gains with minimum fat. I have trouble staying 10% when I get over 205
26 yrs old 6'0 205 (currently 10%.. Can see all abs clearly)

Cycle is
25 Mgs test prop per day
50 Mgs tren ace per day
50 Mgs NPp per day
50 Mgs winny per day
8 week run

I do fasted cardio every other morning for just 20 min to keep fat down

4 am fasted cardio
430am Bcaa and glutamine
5 am 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 slices rye bread, half cup oats with small amount of no fat plain Greek yogurt. Tbsp natty PB or almond butter

8 am. Quest protein bar and an apple

10 am. 1 tuna sandwich on brown
Handful of celery , half cup oats with Greek yogurt, flax seeds and hemp hearts, 8 egg whites

130 pm
1 can sardines, handful of celery, 1 cup oats with Greek yogurt and chocolate whey, 8 egg whites

345 pm half cup oats n whey shake

5 pm gym ( strength training 60 mins approx)

615-630
1 serving leans meat, 1 cup white rice no sauce , big ass spinach salad, sometimes a bowl of Muslix cereal if still hungry

8 pm
2 tbsp natty pb with celery
8 egg whites
Small amount cottage cheese ( sometimes)

Is this a good diet for the above cycle? And I just add more or less of the same shit depending on weight gains? I want slow steady weight gains. I also work construction but am more of a paper pusher now and supervisor than physical work, but I'm still on my feet all day and certain days can still be quite demanding. I train almost every day
 
Drop the Greek yogurt add more brown rice sweet potatoes ect...y not run a longer ester like cyp or enthate? And the winni will do absulutly nothing for u in a lean bulk it's a one trick pony bro pre contest drug! Personally I would do 500mg test cyp 400mg EQ for 10 weeks and some dbol at 30 mg for 4 weeks that's just my 2 cents.wait for a vet to answer your question
