Ive been trying to gain about 12lbs of muscle, but even tho im eating about 1000cals more than i was, i seem to be stuck on the same weight.
If i were to eat a nice big bowl of cheerios with skimmed milk before bed each night would this help me gain lean muscle or would it be turned into body fat?
I tend to get a sweet tooth late on as most of the stuff im eating is savoury, and i really love cereal.
If this isnt a good idea, please let me know some sweet items that are ok to eat late on
