Hey guys,
Need some expert advice here. I'm about 5 lbs off from my contest weight and a little stuck. There isn't a problem with my diet PLAN or workouts... The problem is that for the past 2 weeks I've fallen off the wagon with the diet a few times. Still eating 100% clean but overportioning and it's hampering my fat loss.
I was weighing and measuring before and I know that's what it takes for me to lose the fat but for some reason I'm $hitting the bed! What gives? Any advice? (aside from the basic, "pull your head out of your ass" stuff?)? Anyone gone through this?
I know you can help me figure out how to exit this 8th inning slump!!
