L0oking for Real HELP as i am Facing toubles

Anybody with one eye and half sense knows better than to seek steroid or training advice from these weak ass fat blotted pathetic under acheieving mutha fuckers in CHAT. LOL I'm actually in pretty good shape right now, I lost a lot of weight down to around 210ish and have started putting back on good solid muscle back up in the 220's. yea I was 248 at one time and although I looked huge and was strong as two bull elephants it began to take a toll on my joints. Stregnth is still really good, I can put up 5 plates on bench any day of the week. I started squatting and pulling deads again. Hit 500 on squats for a good 5 reps this week, and I mean ass to grass no knee bend shit. I pulled 535 for a triple two weeks ago, so I am coming along nicely. Hows your progress these days?
