LOL I'm actually in pretty good shape right now, I lost a lot of weight down to around 210ish and have started putting back on good solid muscle back up in the 220's. yea I was 248 at one time and although I looked huge and was strong as two bull elephants it began to take a toll on my joints. Stregnth is still really good, I can put up 5 plates on bench any day of the week. I started squatting and pulling deads again. Hit 500 on squats for a good 5 reps this week, and I mean ass to grass no knee bend shit. I pulled 535 for a triple two weeks ago, so I am coming along nicely. Hows your progress these days?
