This is a great way to switch up dry chicken breast
-2 big cooked left over chicken breasts cubed up
-1 stalk celery diced
-2 Tbsp Canola Mayo
-2 Tbsp fat free blue cheese salad dressing...or just crumbled blue cheese
-as much Franks Hot sauce as you like
-1/8 tsp chili powder
-dash of onion powder
Mix and let it sit in a bowl. Great to make a wrap on a big lettuce leaf or eat plain.
