I am on day 6 of my ketogenic diet. I had a very hectic schedule since I was working 40+ this week 3rd shift and spent about 4 hours/day going through the red tape of getting into school.
I lifted on monday and was unable to do any other exercise nor was I wanting to since I work as a waiter at a high volume restuarant, I did not want to run out of energy before my work week was over and I needed to be going through the registration process at school.
I am trying to go 12 days in ketosis. Shouldn't I be feeling lethargic at my 6th day of the diet?
Is there a brand of ketostix that is more reliable than others? Thanks!
