Keto Diet And Muscles Feeling Flat!!! Help Mr. X Or Anyone!!!

Whatsup Everyone. Just To Give U Some Insight. I Am 5' 7, 215 About 16% Bf Right Now.

Started 9/20 (2 Wks And 3 Days Ago)

Keto Diet.... Been In Ketosis The Whole Time. No Carb Up Days As Of Yet. Also Started Fina Only 75mg/day On 9/20. Which Will Continue For 11 Wks. During The 6th Wk-11th Wk Will Add Winstrol At 50mg/ed. When I Started, I Was At 223 Or So. Not Much Weight On The Scale Is Coming Off But From The Looks Of It I Can See The Fat Starting To Come Off. First Off Before I Go Into The Big Question And Problem Im Having:

1) How Long Usually Before U Really See The Keto Diet Stripping Body Fat. Im Only A Bit Over Two Wks In, But Now Its Got Me Excited To Know Peoples Experiences As Far As How Fast They Usually See The Body Fat Start Melting Away...

Now Onto The Problem I Am Having:

Although I See The Fat Coming Off, My Muscles Feel Small. I Just Dont Feel All Jacked Up Like I Usually Feel. It Just Feels So Damn Flat. Maybe The Carb Load Would Help? A Bit Worried That The Carb Load Will Waste This Whole 2 And A Half Wks Worth Of Work So Far. Also If I Do Carb Load, Please Give Me A Sample Day Of A Carb Up. In Fat/carb/protein G Numbers. And What Kind Of Carbs To Eat When? Maybe An Actual Sample Carb Load Diet For A Day!!!

Please Help Me Out.. Im In Desperate Need For Help.. Im Very Inexperienced In The Diet World. Im Trying My Hardest And Busting My Ass To Lose This Body Fat For The First Time... But I Do Need Your Help To Perfect Everything... Again Please Help Me... I Hope To Post This Huge Transformation Of Before And After Pix For Everyone When I Am Done. I Know U Will Be Amazed. I Know I Will... Just A Little Help!!!!

1. its a carb/calorie load
2. do it on a training day (after training)
3. start with hi-glycemic carbs (potatos, rice, most cereals) and transition to low-glycemic (oats, whole wheat, veggies)
4. lastly, dont neglect your daily protein/fats

try 2-2.5x bodyweight in lbs grams of carbs
1x bw protein
1/2 to 1/3x bw fat

Your muscles should feel fuller. It wont set you back at all but it will actually kickstart your progress once again. You may notice some bloat but dont fret, it will go away in 24hrs.

Thank God! it may be effective but some people take it as friggen gospel when it comes to dieting. Theres many different ways to skin a cat.
 
first off no2 products are bogus, maybe beneficial when on them , but you stop taking them and you deflate sounds like 50 bucks well spent. secodly do the damn carb up, thats your only prayer if you are flat, cause you got no damn carbs. when doing this make sure you keep your fats down! as SC said ketos are great but not essential, you can still go low carb without going keto, most of us here eat so mach damn protein that we would never reach ketosis anyway...dont be scared of the good carbs ......
