keto diet and crossfit?? recipe for disaster??

I do crossfit-type workouts four days a week. Recently, I've learned that I cannot out-train a shitty diet. Because of this, I'm looking to do a keto diet. Would I be better served doing a TKD with one refeed day?? Or a ckd with one and a half refeed days? I did this before and lost weight for a month or two, and then my progress haulted. I think I was eating too much on my refeed days and I was eating two days a week instead of one. Also, should I just forget low carb doing this type of workout? My workout days are mon, tue, wed, fri... Also, what about a TKD and just drink some gatorade or something before the workout???

I'm 5'8 abut 245ish.. Strong, quick and in good "shape" just want to drop a good bit of body fat. Any suggestions?? I'm hoping I dont hear forget about it and go with a body-for-life type diet!!! I work nightshift and it's EASY to do low carb.. Some help is greatly appreciated guys!

I tried that and couldnt handle it. Youre going to need to up the carbs...just a tad...if you want to stay up on your feet.

Ill keep my carbs between 100-170g per day on average and its worked out well from a fat loss standpoint as well as a strength/endurance gain standpoint.

Everyone is diffeerent man. I am 7 weeks in on CKD and do cross trainging type workouts. All high intesnsity no heavy weights and HIIT training. The thins is you have to use logic. I do my first grueling cross training workout on Sunday after I am carb loaded. i have tons of energy and do a full body workouthigh intensity. Tuesday i do a long walk on the tradmill 3.2-3.8mph adjusting incline up and down for 45-60 min. Wednesday same thing full body workout with emphasis on legs and back (largest mmuscles). Thursday I do either HIIT training or take the day off. Friday again full body workout. OK here is the thing on friday dont compare your results to monday you will only be disappointed. Just remember you are doing this to shred fat and get into excellent physical shape, you are not competing! This is what works for me. Obviously as in anything your body will soon adapt and you will need to change your workouts every 4 weeks or so. So far I have lost 12 lbs and 2 pants sizes doing this diet and regiment. Despite what people here will say my strength and endurance is improving and I am making small solid muscle gains while shredding fat.
