I need Dry strenght gains . The dryest possible , Im weight trainer but but mostly a runner (200m-400m sprinter up to a 5k). I want to counter act some of the catabolic effects of running without gaining to much mass and weight ( I know im picky). A little exta speed is always good also. My days of bulking are over
Any opinions as to which one of these 2 product would be superior for cutting . stats M, 37, 5'9", 192lbs body fat % = Don,t know but I have about 7lbs of fat I could loose.
