10 min very intense bike ride
Bicep massacre giant set
60 lb drag curls x 12 superset 40 lb db hammer curls x12 superset 40 lb ez curl bar top half curls strong contraction
( 15 second break and repeat giant set) .. 3 sets
Preacher hammer strength curls
45 lb plate x 12 then pause very slow negative pulsing near bottom. 2 sets
Single cable isolation curls . 60 lb x 10 x arm 3 sets no break
Hammer strength seated dip
180x20x20
270x12x12( prs at 3 plates a side felt sickly strong)
Skull crushers/superset close grip press
80x15/ 10 cgp
90x12/8 cgp
100x10/6cgp
Tricep strait bar press downs
60x12x10x10 ( fast sets short breaks)
Ab destruction .. Planks superset with crunches/ bench crunches , leg ups
10 min treadmill sprints / dips off rails
Seated
Calf
Raises
3 sets 75lbsx side x many with quick pauses and major burn
All I can say is my energy today on the gym was absolutely incredible and endurance too, I didn't stop moving once and the treadmill I felt I could Run forever even after sprints
I am ordering 2 more bottles and upping the dose to 4/ day after
The first month I am impressed.
I weighed 200lbs today. And felt like I could run a marathon or sprint 100 metes and spear "The Rock" right off his feat no problem. I ate huge all day again but I behaved at supper and I plan to clean up my diet from here on out a bit to see the true power. It's just I always have a hard time hitting over 200 with bloat/ lack of hunger and just feeling slow and lethargic. I feel so good It's hard not too see if I can hit that 205-210 Ina few months and keep it!
