W warry New member Aug 5, 2005 #1 I can't eat food without drinking something like apple of mango juice with it. Does this effect digestion or anything, i am bulking now, so i just want to know better to stay off juices with meals or its okay.

D dpc171 New member Aug 6, 2005 #3 hahaha its definitely a weird habit but it wont really have any effect on your bulking. It is giving you added carbs from the amount of sugar in the juice. Just try not to drink a whole container of juice in one day. That is wayto much sugar haha.

T timtim Banned Aug 6, 2005 #4 probably causes a massive insulin spike which helps with fat gain and when bulking that is the last thing anyone needs. unless you are extremely lean year round and need the excess calories in this form.
