To give you extra incentive to stop smoking, I though I'd let you know that just from the info in your post you have at least two risk factors for esophageal cancer. Gastroesophageal reflux causes metaplasia of the esophageal epithelium and smoking compounds it effects. Esophageal cancer is a really bad animal. You should really stop smoking girlfriend.

other than the obvious ones, ive read your joints can be sore and creeky if you are allergic to the nightshade family of plants.

i also heard some guru (so not sure if it is true), say the quicker you increase your lung capacity again, the quicker the pounds can be worked off. either way, doing aerobic exercize is one of the best ways to quit. the first few work outs suck, but the aerobic high is better than any cig and it gives you incentive to not pick back up. good luck all.

I gained about 20 lbs after quitting, i just added more cardio, and cut the junk food. 9 months later i lost the weight , got addicted to cardio, and look better than i did in my 20s lol oh yeah i looked good in my 20s. dont give up the fight

I've quit years ago and immediately upon quitting I can still recalled how much I felt better physically and psychologically.

Though I admit that I still do find the scent of a lit up cigarrete to be somewhat arousing from time to time reminding me of my old habits.
