Ok guys, just wanted to hear your advice and comments on this one. I just finished watching the Nasser video in which I all recomend you get..Considering he cant speak english to good because he is from Germany he has some intresting advice he gives and huge as a mofo.

Anyways, He said for carbs he will Eat TONS OF FRUIT all day oppesd to complex carbs on one day then another day eat all complex carbs...protien throughout everyday except somedays more protien..and said to shock his body he will take in all carbs one day then all protien another day....

my question to you is:

What do you think of eating a bucket of fruit a day opposed to complex carbs for bulkin?

What do you think of switching everyday to eating carbs one day then protien the next day?

Yeah i remember reading a flex mag a long time ago, where he said when he first started out bodybuilding, him and his family where broke, so he would eat tons of bread and potatos, not really that much protein.

I dunno, that's weird.
Just stick to tha basic bodybuilding diet bro, it's solid and tried and true.

50% protein,30% carbs,20% fat
 
There are studies about this even Tom Platz did a study with a few others in Big Beyond Belief where you eat high protein and fat all week and no carbs less then 30 grams a day and then on the weekend you eat no protein and just fruit all day both days
the study stated that if you stave your body the protein on these 2 days that the intake would be stronger when you start back up with it Ima not to sure of the whole thing I will look up my copy to be more specific I do follow it and have for a few years now and have made great gains but ii must say I hate the weekends I'm tired of fruit
 
I'm not as big and strong as Nasser, not nearly but I am not a stupid guy and what he says makes no sense on paper. Fruit is actually the worse thing you can eat. They reglycogenate your liver before it does anything for your muscles, which means you can't really burn fat when you've eated fruits, and that it doesn't really help your muscles much either.

I NEVER eat fruit.

Asia I know that it flies in the face of conventional wisdom but I have many a client do fruit only, cleanses, for lack of a better word
and obtain good fat loss results.
 
you remember in Pumping Iron where Arnold relates telling a conceited aspiring bodybuilder that he should eat salted peanuts and scream while posing?

Alot of the specific info "secrets" about diet and training that IFBB pros disclose are given with the same intent. Anyone who comes into contact with these guys can relate the discrepancies between what they say they do and what they do.

I mean, do you think sonbatty is gonna detail his gh/slin/igf1 protocol....of course not...what makes him huge is the fruit!
