ok...last night got home felt like shit. ended up not going to dinner b/c my allergies were killing me...didn't make it to the gym either and i had skipped a meal which was supposed to be tuna and oatmeal.

so i went from 1pm to 6pm without eating.....i needed to get those cals in fast so i could try and eat another meal later on that night. so i made 2 cans of chef boyardee which is about 900 cals :chomp: :evil: i took 2 gluc with it even though the carbs were over 120g :worried: has anyone here taken more then 2 glucs at one time? i want to take 3 or 4 b/c of my huge meal but wasn't sure if that was a good idea.

anyway....feeling much better today...i def feel like i have drank way too much over the course of this diet and i have let myself feel guilt free for stuff i prob shouldn't be eating. i've been getting lazy with my cooking my meals and yesterday was the first day i missed a lifting day in the gym in about 6 months :( i have to shape up and kick this diet into full gear. i weigh 179lbs up from 163 3 weeks ago....a large protion of that is fat and water which pisses me off. going to finish this week and then next week of lean bulking and then i hit it into a new gear and strip down to under 8%
 
lol.... yup, i've popped Glucorell-R like pez candy when I've gone out and had pizza, ice cream, beer... ect, whatever... Taking too much won't hurt, just don't do it alot, too much of anything, ect... u know :)

Nice bro... you'll finish out being a little over 180!!! That's great... and the ultimate goal is to be leaner and have more mass then the last cut.

ok cool...i know better for the next time....technically i prob should have had 4 with that crap meal lol

yeah i'll def be 180 no problem haha....i'm just a little upset b/c i set out for a clean bulk and then got lazy and tried to just get all my cals in no matter what it was. anyway, next time i cut i should have a little more mass to wrk with (i hope)

todays diet

meal 1
- mhp shake with milk 1/2 cup of oats
- vitamins, green tea
- 2 gluc

meal 2- 1 ground chicken patty with cheese and broc rabe
- small serving of multigrain pasta....that's all i had left :rolleyes:
- 1 gluc

meal 3
- 10oz of turkey brest ...made it last night....i think it was 8 lbs...thre it in the oven and made a little gravy on the side :chomp: i'm very excited for this!!

meal 4- tuna and 3/4 cup of oatmeal

PWO mhp shake with milk 1/2 cup of oats with one banana

meal 5- probably same as meal 3 but adding in a baked potato

meal 6
