Any career service members feel like the longer they've stayed in the worse off their joints feel? I have tried just about every joint sup out there they help a little but not much. Have to pop vitamin M on leg days cause knees kill. Just wanted to see if I was the only one...
Hey bro, something that has been helping my shoulder out is have 10,000mgs fish oil before training and 2000mgs krill oil at bed time. Also skelly balm is a sweet relief for me.
I Have to spend more time warming up now. Especially legs. I may have to do multiple low weight high reps sets to get completly warm. It helps the joints when lifting heavier weight
When that doesnt work, rest is the only option
O your squat days make use of the recumbent bike. Well any bike will work but the recumbent is more comfortable for me. Use low tension and spin. If you use high tension its gonna hurt your knees. I do that for 10-15 min then I do body weight squats till I feel ready to add weight. Good luck bro.
I was using glucosamine, chondrotin, and MSM. no luck recently.
Now stopping this and trying Serrapeptase on an empty stomach for more systemic anti inflammatory response
I can get by with Glucosamine and MSM for minor joint issues, but if it gets too bad it won't be enough. The best thing I've found that works for joints in Cissus with Skeletal Balm. With that combination I've had zero joint issues stay around very long
So I googled skeletal balm and sounds like its worth a try. Only problem is I can't find it. Went to need to build muscle website couldn't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks again everyone for helping this old guy out!!
