Joint Pain?

I've been training for 5 years now and for the last 2 years i have been living with pain in my left wrist. Seems to me that whenever i do any exercise with an overhand grip i have no problems what so ever. But when i use an underhand grip like with dumbell bicep curls i can't even curl 20 lbs. What weird is that i can do a 155lbs barbell row for my back with an underhand grip. My back movements have been pretty much been giving me my bicep workouts lately. When i rotate my wrist i can hear it cracking. This does not happen all the time and i do not feel pain all the time. Do you guys think this has something to do with my joints or is it something else?
 
This sounds to me like more than just a sore joint. If you've been just working through the pain, but your wrist curl lift is down to 20lbs, you might have some kind of damage in there. Plus that cracking thing can't be good. I would definitely get it looked at.
 
I'm guessing you've injured your wrist before (broken, severe sprain). In either case, you should definitely see a doctor. It's probably something simple that just needs rest, or some scar tissue may have to be removed.

Never injured it before. I don't even remember when this started to affect me really. Was about 2 years ago but i battled through the pain but now it's too much. I don't believe it's broken and i can't rest it any more. I did nothing for 1 year. No exercise or activities just good nutrition once i finished school and went out into the real world. Now it's one year later and it's still the same. God this pisses me off!:(
