I've been training for 5 years now and for the last 2 years i have been living with pain in my left wrist. Seems to me that whenever i do any exercise with an overhand grip i have no problems what so ever. But when i use an underhand grip like with dumbell bicep curls i can't even curl 20 lbs. What weird is that i can do a 155lbs barbell row for my back with an underhand grip. My back movements have been pretty much been giving me my bicep workouts lately. When i rotate my wrist i can hear it cracking. This does not happen all the time and i do not feel pain all the time. Do you guys think this has something to do with my joints or is it something else?
