dnp results... the final talley....

lbs lost, looks in mirror...

its been a few days all your water should be gone... so how did it go? and repost the cycle you took- MOTHER FUCKER!!! (i had to add that, i seemed too gentle).
 
Final results of DNP cycle .. 8 days of 400mg .. (there was one day with 600mg but I couldn't handle that)

Lost 10 pounds .. 2 inches off the waist. Chest and arms holding at 45" and 16" no size reduction there.

How is the vascularity? Are you able to see an improvement? Did you take any A.S. with the DNP to preserve the muscle? (it seems that some people here believe that DNP is catabolic to muscles)
Did you just "lose weight" so was it significantly fat and you can see the results in the mirror?
 
it was only a week, I ran 200mg of EQ with it, just in case. Vascularity is about the same .. still don't have that garden hose vein running down my bicep.
 
I have a garden hose vein running down my dick... is that good? I must be pretty cut.

johnny, how was the diet? cut the carbs or no? how much cardio per day?
 
I did between 45 and 90 minutes of cardio a day .. usually 45 minutes before eating, run down and get a carb loaded protien shake, and drink that while doing a light 45 minutes on the bike.

Some days I could lift after the cardio, but most days I couldn't. I would feel too tired, and just sort of went through the motions with light weights.

I would have another carb / protien shake around noon .. that was it for carbs. The rest of the day was just protien (tuna usually) and small amounts of natural peanut butter.

Total cals were kept around 2000 to 2500 a day.
