When I was at my strongest point, senior year in college, I knew JACK about cardio, nutrition, etc.....I NEVER took a PW shake.......used to grab a foot long tuna from subway immidiately after and chow down.....I was def. a tad fatter (prob. 12%) but also 225 and stronger than I've ever been..........we used to eat everything.....hell, it was college......cafe buffets........makes me believe we analyze this shit wayyyy too much...esp. with the little things....but then again, knowledge is key (or is it?)
