Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 5 whites, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, tomatoes

1pm -- Walk/Run 30 mins
Warm Up -- Walk 8min; Run 10 mins {~ 1 mile}, Walk remainder of 30 mins
HR Monitor shows 194 cals burned

2pm
1 cup Spaghetti Squash cooked
1/2 cup Spaghetti Squash
8 TJs Meatless Meatballs
1 Diet 7UP

**Throughout the day: cleaning + laundry

3:40pm
1 oz. peanuts
1 Diet Pepsi

Alternating Curls on Multi-Bicep Machine -- 3x20@50 (10 each arm)**
**Drop Set: 3x10 (2 arm simultaneous movement)
Incline DB Hammer Curls -- 4x10@15lb DBs

Walk Home -- 30 mins
HR monitor shows ~ 366 cals burned [deleted it B4 I logged it :rolleyes:]

6:30pm
6.25oz chicken
~ 2.5 tblsp shredded cheese
1 large hard boiled egg
2 tblsp Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Large green salad with veggies (takeout green salad)
2 blocks Hersey's Special Dark

Insomnia again.... :rolleyes:

Had a couple spoonfuls of ANPB....

Totals for April 20th: 1710 cals, 82g fat/45% (19g sat, 13g poly, 24g mono), 21g fiber, 106g carb/21%, 142g protein/34%
