1 mug coffee with 2 tblsp Coffeemate

1 Turkey Burger Patty
Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 5 whites, spinach & peppers
Topped off the coffee + 1 tblsp Coffeemate

Errands -- drove all over the place....

1:45pm
2 7/8 oz tuna, 1 whole hardboiled egg + 1 hardboiled egg white
2 tblsp. Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing + 1 tblsp ACV
Large green salad

3:45pm
1 TJs Buffalo Burger patty with 1/4 cup Balsamic Sauteed onions
8 Broccoli Florets
Some of this hot sauce I found...hot chile sauce

4:30pm -- Walk to gym, 30 mins
Back

Stiff Arm Pulldowns: 3x10@70 and
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 1x9, 1x8, 1x9 @80

Seated Vertical Row Machine: 1x8 & 2x10@70
Bent Over Laterals: 3x10, using 15lb DBs

Walk Home, 30 mins
HR monitor shows 254 cals burned

7:30pm
5oz grilled chicken breast
1 cup Sauteed Broccoli Rabe
Strawberries with FF Cool Whip

I bought them at Trader Joe's. 4 per box. Good stuff....
