DB Seated Presses -- 20lb DBs -- 1x10 (2 armed simultaneous), 1x8 (1 armed), 1x8 (1 armed -- much harder than 2 arms at a time!! Whew!!)

Could not sleep -- and I didn't drink either. Still have insomnia... :rolleyes:

Had couple spoonfuls ANPB....

New #'s: 1811 cals, 75g fat/39% (18g sat, 13g poly, 32g mono), 21g fiber, 124g carb/24%, 163g protein/37%

**Woke up feeling & looking flabbly & gooshy....Blech!! Weight 141.6....

8:30am
1 scoop Protein Powder in water & 1/2 cup skim milk
(not all the protein powder mixed up so some went down the sink, weird)

9:30am
12oz Wawa FF French Vanilla Cappucino, ~ 2oz skim milk, ~ 10oz coffee (24oz cup)

11:15am
1 Turkey burger patty, 1 slice FF cheese
Omelette with: 1 egg yolk, 4 whites, some veggies (tomato, pepper, mushroom)
1 Diet 7UP

Hey lady how's it going??? Well I was just reading through everyone's logs and noticed your insomnia..... Well I was having that also. I was talking with this doctor in my class and he mentioned supplementing with melatonin and hour before bed. I have been doing that and I have been sleeping much better. Might be worth a shot.
Anyway keep up the good work :)

Well, I take a prescription sleep aid nightly, which is stronger than melatonin.....so I'm kinda stuck when that doesn't work....

I have a SEVERE case of the munchies tonite....

You know, I was just thinking..... I'm "due" next Friday....and my cycle throws me off sleep-wise & my "munchie" fest is usual for me too..... so that's prolly what's going on...
