I've been busy around the house today!! Fixing window molding & applying Hydraulic Water Concrete Patch to the basement walls...... Oh and the taxes have been submitted to the IRS.... :worried:

Tues. Feb. 22

2 mugs coffee + 4 tblsp Coffeemate

10am
1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites, 1 Turkey Burger, 1 spoonful peppers & onions
1 glass Crystal Light Sunrise (2 svgs)

1:15pm
1 Buffalo Burger Patty
Leftover sauteed onions

1:45pm
Diet Pepsi
Baked Potato stuffed with leftover Crab Dip

The crab dip recipe is in the Recipe thread..... Good stuff!! I'll cater, you decorate!!

Found some curtains & rods -- my windows have rosettes at the corners instead of mitered 45 degree molding & they have holes in them, so I've got to fix them to hang the curtains..... Will take pics when done.....

Can't wait to get the email whether or not my return was accepted.... :worried:

Run around indoor track 9 times (1 mile), 2 laps cooldown

Walk home 30 mins

6pm
1 serving Beef Stroganoff, 2oz dry WW noodles

9:50pm
The remaining 4 "halves" of the tuna-stuffed eggs

10pm
1/2 oz peanuts

Totals: 1649 cals, 58g fat (18g sat, 7g poly, 18g mono), 107g carb, 9g fiber --> way too low!! :worried: , 169g protein

Another nite = no sleep!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! Plus the cable went out, so I couldn't be on EF or watch TV!! Almost lost what little is left of my mind last nite.....

These numbers may not be right, but I put everything into fitday & this is what I got..... HR monitor shows I burned over 600 cals last nite, so not too worried....
