What will the Melatonin do that Ambien does not??

(not to gross you out, but I started my monthly yesterday & that always F's up my sleep)
 
Totals for Feb 9 ended up being: cals: 1645, 60g fat (14g sat, 3g poly, 6g mono), 107g carb, 25g fiber, 91g protein, 29g alcohol (14%)

Feb 9 was a rest day....
 
February 10

Wake: ~ 8:30 am

9-10 am (with some breaks to choose a new program) did Yoga/Pilates sessions (3) on the VOD...... really helped my cramps, which kicked in in full force today....ugh!

M1 ~ 10:30 am
2 cups :coffee: with 2 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2 + 2 tblsp FF Fr. Vanilla Creamer
1 WW tortilla with 1 whole egg + 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 slice FF cheese, 2 slices turkey bacon, drizzle catsup
1 Glass Crystal Light Sunrise

well.....melatonin is a bit gentler......


if ambien isnt helping tonin prob wont either

3 5/8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup spaghetti squash, 1 tblsp Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
Few tortilla chips with cheese -- Hubby had nachos for dinner

I wouldn't be able to do it after a LEG day that's for sure...
I'd get a lot of honks for the provocative way I'd be walking though :D
