1 egg yolk, 4 whites, 1 turkey patty, couple spoonfuls of veggies to throw in my omelette, Tad bit of olive oil to coat the pan.....1 tsp maybe??

1:15pm walk to gym, ~ 30 mins

Walk home ~ 30 mins

~ 3:15pm (at restaurant)
SW Grilled Chicken Salad, 1 slice mushroom pizza (no crust)

4:30 pm -- Diet Pepsi

M3 6:45 pm
2 slice Arnold low carb WW bread, 3.5oz turkey breast, 1 slice FF cheese, 5 slices pickle, mustard
Edit: + 1 calcium chew + 1 glass Crystal Light Lemonade

9pm -- 1/2 oz peanuts

Totals: 1489 cals, 51g fat (14g sat, 11g poly, 17g mono), 102g carb, 11g fiber, 156g protein

Leftover chicken wings, no skin -- ~ 6

2 slices SF WW bread, 3oz turkey breast, 1 slice FF cheese, tomato, lettuce, 4 slice pickle, mustard
1 glass Crystal Light Lemonade

On my way to the Sports Dr to find out what's up with the knee.....

Woke up at 2 am & could NOT go back to sleep. Today is going to be a very horrible day -- I'm in an extremely bad mood!!

Whoo Hoo!! Went back to bed at 5:30 am & was able to sleep for a few hours.....
But I am sooooooo sore today....the DOMS has really kicked in from doing Quads on Monday -- my butt hurts so bad from the squats......and it hurts to lift my arms....

M2 9:30 am
1 WW tortilla + 3 slices turkey bacon + 1 slice FF cheese + 1/2 cup egg whites + 1 whole egg, drizzle catsup
2 cups coffee with the usual creamer combo
