3 coconut shrimp, 4 French Fries

M4 5pm
Sushi!!!! 2 pc each: tuna, smoked salmon, fresh salmon, shrimp, crabstick, california roll (4 pc); ~ 1 cup Miso Soup
2 Amstel Light

Gym: Rest day

7:45 pm
1 Weight Watchers ice cream sandwich -- Burnt my tongue on the Miso Soup so needed something frosty to cool it off!! Yeah, yeah, that's it...yeah! LOL

Totals: 1841 cals, 42g fat (10g sat, 9g poly, 14g mono), 192g carb, 14g fiber, 120g protein

11:30pm -- Luna Bar

New numbers: 2021 cals, 46g fat (13g sat, 9g poly, 15g mono), 221g carb, 16g fiber, 130g protein

Chin Up (Assisted Machine): Chins: 60x10, 50x5; Wide Grip -- 80x9

Run 9 laps indoor track (1 mile); Walk 4 laps; Walk home ~40 mins

1 WW hamburger roll; 3oz steak; horseradish, 1 pc jarred roasted bell pepper, slice onion

6 mini chocolate covered pretzels

M3 ~ 6pm
Large salad with 5oz chicken & Spicy Ranch dressing

6:40pm Dessert: 4 fresh strawberries dipped in "chocolate" syrup

M4 8:30pm
1/2 oz peanuts, 1 part skim mozz. string cheese

Totals: 1510 cals, 61g fat (17g sat, 8g poly, 20g mono), 103g carb, 18g fiber, 129g protein

1 Diet Pepsi; 1/2 oz peanuts

1 WW ice cream sandwich

1 (8oz) glass red wine
10 RF Wheat Thins, Saga Bleu Cheese (put in for 1/8 cup)

Gym: Rest Day
Will be starting Month 2 of the Jurassic Mass Workout tomorrow!!

3:30pm 3 oz turkey with mustard

Glass of red wine (8oz)

6:30 pm
4oz turkey, veggies, 1/2 of a large sweet potato, some powdered gravy made with water....

Totals: 1890 cals, 49g fat (14g sat, 9g poly, 14g mono) 156g carb, 28g fiber, 140g protein

8am -- Walk to Dunkin Donuts -- 50 minute walk with hills

M1 ~ 10am
4 oz Nova Salmon, 1.5 oz cream cheese, 1 Wheat Bagel
(Vel I got my Nova on a Bagel!! yay!!)
2 mugs coffee with Splenda & 4 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2

10:45 - 11am -- shoveled snow

Laundry, mopped kitchen floor, vacuuming, etc.....

M2 12:15
3.5oz turkey breast dipped in mustard

Yes I have 3 cats......... used to have 5 cats, hence the screen name. It's a play on Jen's 5 Cats....

Was it delish!!!?

I woke up starving this morning no less.
There's like a 1/2 pound of nova left....I could eat that stuff like finger food - just plain.
