Have you ever tried spaghetti squash? It's low in carbs (for a veggie that's not green) It's tastey too. Drizzle some SF maple syrup over it.

Yep!! Had it with shrimp scampi -- recipe is in my Recipe Thread! It is really good.....

M1 ~ 9:30/10:00 am
2 mugs coffee + 5 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2 + Splenda

BLT -- 4 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice FF cheese, 1 slice tomato, 1 lettuce leaf, 1/2 tblsp Wasabi mayo, 2 slices Arnold Low Carb Bread

~ 4pm --- Walk to the gym, 30 mins
Delts & Abs
Machine Press -- 15@30, 12@40, 6@50. 6@50, 8@40
Seated Bent Over Lat Raises -- 3x8@12lbs
EZ Bar Upright Rows -- 6,6,8 @30lbs + bar weight
Reverse Crunch on Decline Bench with Heavy Ball -- 3x20
Leg Raises on Roman Chair -- 3x15
Shrugs -- 3x12@30lb DB each hand
D-Ring Lateral Raise on Cable Machine -- 2x8 @ No weight Added
D-Ring Front Raise on Cable Machine -- 2x8 @ No Weight Added

Treadmill 20 mins -- 2 min warmup, Alternate Jog/Run; 4.4mph/5.6mph @ 1.0 incline mins 2-10; cramped up, walked 2 min @ 4.0, then alternated between incline @ 5.0 & 1.0 for the remaining 10 mins; 2 mins cooldown

Walk home ~ 40 mins

M4 ~ 8pm
5oz chicken; "creamed" spinach -- my way

M5 Before bed 10:15pm
3oz COS salmon, 1 tsp olive oil, 3 pickle slices, celery

Edit: Made a mistake with the numbers

Totals: 1596 cals, 67g fat (18g sat, 7g poly, 24g mono), 87g carb, 22g fiber, 162g protein

Hmmmmmmmmmm, tomorrow may be a rest day.....

I think I had a strong workout tonite, but I'm feeling "weak" and kinda blah right now....I don't feel "satisfied" for any length of time -- fullness wise

Hoping I can get up & maybe drive to the gym early am or I'll just do a video....

Gonna do sushi tomorrow nite!! Can't wait!!

Oh, 143.6 lbs this morning..........and 37% bf LOL The Tanita is soooo off base....

And around my hipbone area, I can really see the veins.....

2 - Door stop
