Great symmetry...You do look a little watery....But you still look awesome...Were you taking any diuretics??? My buddy did this a couple years ago and did not get the timing quite right and he came in looking extremely bloated

no i didnt tke any diuretics...i didnt want to come in flat. this week i have been hitting 2 hours of cardio a day...and i will get the water right. carbs are really low. so hopefully i will come in tighter this sat. thanks for the support guys!

What level was the competition? It wasn't a level 1 was it? Now I'm all nervous. If you are 5'7" and are 193 and I were to compete against you next year I'd get screwed. I;m taller and would probably come in a fair bit less than that. Damn. Maybe I should aim for top end of middleweights. Anyway, nice job bro and good luck Saturday. How tall was the guy who won and what did he weigh in at?

i am guessing by level one comp you mean state level. yeah that is what the show was...it was a national qualifier. the winner was about 2 inches taller than me...not sure what weight. but he was ripped to shredds. dont freak yourself out....you never know how you will do till you get up there.

mvmaxx...well i plan on competing in november. and hopefully i will make top two in my class so i qualify for nationals. then i will take 2 years off and do the jr nationals
