I've been gone for a while and forgotten everything i know

So, It's been years now since I have frequented these boards.

I need some serious help to get my life back to fit and healthy. I have had now a 2 year sabbatical from good eating habits and being generally healthy. I started focusing on music and my diet and healthy living style went out the door. Between touring and 12-15 hour days in the studio, I have been eating fast food and not doing cardio. I feel like shit, i look like shit, and I need to do something to get myself back on track.

To make a long story short, I went from being 190lbs and 6% bodyfat to being 215 lbs and I don't even want to know my bodyfat %age anymore. But I need some help getting back down. I am not trying to get myself back to 6% bodyfat again. I just want to feel good and obviously look fit again.

So the first part of my problem is diet and cardio, the second part of my problem is committing to it, and the third part is mainting nice supplementation.

In the past, I had months where I could do a ckd on and off for months with no problems. Then I could interweave myself into other good eating habits without being tempted to break.

1)Are ckd's still hot? Can anyone point me in the direction of some good threads? I will do a search, but maybe there are some easy to find good ones.

2) Where can I find some info on new healthy diets? Just search or are there some more good threads with some helpful diets?

3) I am starting cardio again this week. I like to ride bikes. When I was my healthiest, I was doing 30-40 minutes of riding 3 or 4 times a week. Is 30-40 minutes still cool at a frequency of 3 or 4 times a week? AM cardio is still the hot thing right?

4) I got some thermorexin, levorex, cardio breeze, glucorell, sesapure, and yohimburn. Hopefully these are all still good supplements. I have some NYC from 6 or 7 years ago... I also have a home made e/c/a left from a couple of years ago. Any suggestions with this stuff?

5) I never had problems in the past staying on diet and exercising, but nowadays... Even though I am motivated, I am finding it extremely hard to pass on temptation. I used to put pictures of me looking bad on the fridge and pantry to give me motivation. Any more good tips?

Sorry If i am asking typical standard questions.. I will do some searching, but I am really excited to be here again... Hopefully all the knowledge will come back to me fast.

The most important thing I want to get from this thread is some ideas for a good diet.

Thanks again

Right now this is what I would consider to be a good diet:

Breakfast: Cup of oatmeal and 3 egg whites w/ soy cheese
Snack: All natural peanut butter sandwhich
Lunch: Chicken and vegetables
PM Snack: apple or grapes
Dinner: Chicken and veggies or lean steak or lean beef of some sort

I don't remember a whole lot about good carbs... It seems like I need to get some good fats in there, and maybe a little more protein.

I am still gonna try to find more ckd info. But is that along the lines of where i need to be?

I'm also a little unclear on when I should stop eating carbs... It used to be around 3pm for me... But now a typical day for me starts at 11am and ends around 3am... So it seems that carbs could theoretically be cut at 8pm and still be okay. Also I am usually really hungry around 12pm or later because that usually feels like dinner time for me. Anything I can do to help with this?
