Over under is recommended, but u must also get work in for that grip! But there is also a time and a place for staps. U must not get urself into a position where u ever rely heavily on straps. And to the masses, their db rows will never be considered a kroc row. For they know nothing of Simmons, Tate, Wendler, Smelly or any serious lifter.
