door to door, garage to garage.....

because this guy isnt getting caught...

what if he doesnt even live in that area and just commutes in to kill?

We have this thing called the constitution that makes that a big no-no.

LOL my cousin who is a prosecutor in Missouri said this would not go on for so long in his jurisdiction because his constituents are well-armed (lots of good hunting ground in his county).

We should all just carry guns and when someone gets shot, we teach turn to where the shot was fired and start firiing back. (obviously a joke, although I just might.....err..nm)

is he ever spanning enough distance where he would stay at a hotel/motel?
does he sleep in the back of the truck?
does he own the truck, or return it to work and go back to a car in the day?

if he is staying somewhere, then trace credit cards (if he/they are dumb enough to use them), or names registered (again, if they are dumb enough to use the same).
if he/they sleep in the van, then ask about vans in areas overnight, patrol looking for them.
if he/they bring the van back to where they work... then I'm not sure - I would presume approach businesses to be wary of their employees.

I still maintain that the sniper is definitely NOT me.
Therefore if the police would simply arrest everyone that is not me, they will have their man.

If it were lawful to own or have a gun in the District, I would definately be packing heat.

As it is, I have learned to duck and weave, especially around Metro buses.

Oh wait its true....... handguns are banned in Washington DC !!! Your politicians should remember that. Well armed citizens are sometimes necessary....

Yup, it's true. Although, from what I understand, there has only been one sniper shooting in the city. And I know why.

Just the traffic snarl under normal conditions would get him caught, much less road blocks set up on the streets. That may be the only thing working for the city right now is the shitty conditions of the streets and the lack of getaway exits in town.

Nobody can make a quick getaway out of this town, and if they tried, it would only lead to Anacostia :D

Maybe he is using the sewer system under the streets for his getaway?

Hey........makes more sense than a white van!
