Is trashing a source allowed in here?

I find at 6'0 I can squat pretty comfortably ass to grass, but I do have slight hip discomfort but I believe this is more due to dirtbiking accidents in the past youth. There's 2 taller fellows in my gym here that squat and I have a hard time watching because .. 1 their form is off and It's not my place to correct them, and .2 it looks like their knees are gonna blow out and i would rather not see this happen. I don't have too many joint issues at my height but I am only 26 and I use a ton of fish oils and glutamine , glucosamine and I take all precautions I can. Too much adex and I sound like a squeeky hardwood floor.

Guys, I'm apologizing for that last post. It was late when I wrote that, and completely forgot he was 5' 3"! For some reason I had 5' 9" in my head, but I see now I was dead wrong.
I'm in agreement with Steve though that he could have put another 15lbs on through diet alone.

every tall person i know looks awkward when i watch them deadlift or squat.. and they bitch about their knees hurting.. i have NEVER had any problems with my knees.. i really think the taller you are the more prone you are to joint problems in the elbows and knees. it might be a good thing in basketball but its not an advantage in lifting

you must not know Konstantin Konstantinovs.

height is often an advantage in the DL.

Yeah theres a guy at the gym thats like 6'5.. theres no hope for him squating/dling.. knees shoot everywhere when hes in the hole

he's doing it wrong.

nope never heard of him.. i really don't follow the sport very much, i just judge powerlifting competitions and its rare to see powerlifters who are tall. the last few i've done there wasn't anyone over 6 feet.. 5 8-5 9 is the majority of the heights that show up. i used to think it was because all the tall dudes were playing basketball or some other sport but over the years i've realized its a major advantage in both bodybuilding and powerlifting to be under 6 feet. occasionally you will get a tall dude show up and he is wrapped up like King Tut. he probably rubbed off all his cartilage in his knees from pounding away

Where is your meat in there.... There is your problem man you eat like a lil kid not to mention you have close to 5 shakes a day... I was always taught don't worry about protein shakes there an addition try and get your daily protein in with real food have as little protein shakes as you can. Your kidneys will thank you later. You need to look up diets/go to a nutritionist and get a meal plan if your serious about gaining weight that won't do much man. If you want research food plans then when you have a better one post it up and people will tweak it for you

And my training I train 6 days a week each body part 2x a week except legs only 1x cuz I don't want them any bigger just to maintain the strength
Chest, arms, shoulders+ back, abs every day or chest tri, back bi, shoulders, abs every day alternating weeks some times ill do shoulders and tris together if I really kill myself on a chest day and I'm too worn out to effectively work my tri's as heavy as I want
