Is this too many eggs?

Is it bad to eat 6 whole eggs per day everyday? Everyday I do the same thing. For breakfast I eat one whole egg with egg whites. Then later on in the day I eat protein pancakes which consist of one whole egg and egg whites. And again later on in the day I eat 4 hard boiled eggs.

Wrong? Bad for me?
 
IMO... Not at all! I love eggs and eat em everyday myself! I use 8oz of egg whites in my protein shakes twice a day! Egg is fulla good protein and good healthy fats! If it works for u and u like doing it then don't stop! The way I see it is it beats a lot of other shit u could be eating like some of the others

If u are concerned then buy the brown or organic eggs. But any natural thing like that is more beneficial. The type of fats in eggs are good for u. The whole eggs do contain cholesterol but that really depends on how theyre cooked too. I wouldn't worry about it really. If so then bump it to 3 whole and 4 whites only. Or u can start buying the egg white cartons like I do and just use that!
 
My concern is not with the ONE whole egg I eat in the morning. Or the ONE whole egg I incluce in my protein pancakes. My main concern is with the 4 whole eggs I eat later in the day while I"m on the road on my way to work from school. They're really super easy to eat while I"m driving. But damn! that totals out to 6 whole eggs in the day! Each and every single day!

I was thinking of cutting out the yellow in my hard boiled eggs. But that's time consuming. And messy! And to be honest with you...those yellows in my eggs makes my stomach feel good. Keeps me satisfied and full.
 
eggs are great for you. don't worry about the cholesterol. I got mine checked a while ago and it's perfect.

I eat 4 whole eggs a day, thinking about bumping it up to 6 next bulk.

wasting yolk = bad. that's the best part.
 
I eat omega eggs as well. I have eaten eggs for many years, never had issues with eating a lot of whole eggs throughout the day. I have more of an issue when I drink alot of pastuerized egg whites, however.

Thing is, my friend, the people they are advising don't work out!

If you are a healthy person, lift, do cardio, that really doesn't apply to you.

You aren't the average person, sadly.

I used to fret about eating 1 whole egg per day.

Went and got my physical, blood work, etc.

Healthy as a huge lean horse.

I eat at least 3 whole eggs/day now - still good. I don't think adding an additional 3 would not be a bad thing, just does not fit into my caloric intake/diet like it does with you.

If you are really that worried, to alleviate your mind, go get your blood and cholesterol checked.

Some people really have genetic issues with it, but more often then not, it causes an issue because they are overweight or have other risk factors.

I eliminated all egg yolks from my hard boiled eggs meal (except for ONE egg). And I must say...I felt so unfulfilled. LOL And I remained hungry. Leaving the egg yolks really does a great job at keeping me full and satisfied.
 
some days i eat 12 whole eggs ...6 in the morning 6 before bed. but most days i will just have 6...omega or non omega meh :whatever:

I think you perfectly fine. I eat the whites and well as the yolks.
 
I used to eat 5 dozen whole eggs a week and my cholesterol was 135. I once cut out the eggs and eat fast food and junk for a while and it went up to 240! Eggs are a super food and have no adverse effect on the body. Eat all the whole eggs you want to.

I eat reg eggs an whites allot. And my doc said my choleserol "is boring" if u eat clean and lift whole eggs are no prob.

Nope, I see that others eat at that amount. I myself just do egg whites.Something about the yolk turns me off.
 
Just eat the eggs man, I think ur over worrying urself for nothin. Get the liquid egg whites, u can put them in any kind of drink, good stuff!

You can always change it up. That is, mix a regular egg white (or whole egg)with egg whites and make an omelet.
 
I was eating a dozen omega eggs daily when beasting. My levels always checked out ok when off cycle.

I'd be more concerned with the contaminents in your supps and protein powders than the cholesterol in an egg yolk.

This is why I don't use protein shakes/powders anymore. If I want a shake, I' just blend up a chicken with oatmeal and spinach and drink that bitch up all at once.

In my own mind the consistency of that shake sounds like that chicken breast and salad I puked up after I mowed it down to fast.

It's not as bad as it sounds good bro. LOL Just blend it up and drink it up all in one go.
