well as long as you're not on vacation for like three months, you can get by with that for a couple weeks and not lose too much muscle. i don't know if you're training to put on mass or not, but if you are then you're probably aware that you need to heavier weight than bodyweight and 30lb dbs. there's a book out there somewhere that explains how you can semi-effectively train for mass when you don't have equipment and you're stuck in a hotel room or whatever. i'm not sure what the book is, but i'm sure someone around here has read it and can give you some pointers. (also try t-mag.com...i believe they have covered this at some point in time)
in the meantime...consider asking a family member or whoever to sit on you while you do your pushups to add some more resistance. 30lbs should be a good weight at your height/weight for flyes. consider trying a one armed dip while in a seated position. i have never done them before, but it sounds feasible. on your back/bicep day, find some way to work some pullups into the mix. maybe grab onto a door frame and do them that way. the grip is hell on your fingers, but it's a good way to get decent resistance onto your lats. i'm not sure what you have planned for leg day, but some partial one legged bodyweight squats could do your quads right, followed by some lunges with those dumbells.

Gather a bunch of books, put them in a back pack and SQUAT.

I know there are cars in the phillipines, slap one in nuetral and push it around until you fall over.

Chins on trees, door casings, overhangs, etc.

Find heavy things and be creative.

You're lifting way too much bro. Even though you aren't in the gym, you still need some rest days

im actually gonna be here for 2 months and thats the work out i can do...ill try to find something to hang on to do chins but all im really trying to do now is just tone instead of build since i cant do nothing to build them for now...thanks for the help.

Why do you think you can't build now? You don't need barbells and nice equipment to grow. Eat a lot and improvise bro, you'll be surprised:)

well...im actually a newbie at all this and all i have been hearing so far is that you cant grow from the work outs i do...all i have been hearing is if i want to grow theni need to use heavier weights and if i want definitions i use lighter weights...so you mean i can still get big from these work outs? i mean...30 lbs is enough but not for my chest, back and legs.

any advice would help...thanks
