is this a good idea.....cut?

right now im doing a short cut before ill do my first cycle.
im gonna go down to maybe 10% and try to stay as near as possible and try to stay as near as possible.

i started at 3500 for a week, dropped a few lbs water and little fat.
right now im on 3000 cals a day, 40% prot 30 % carbs and 20 % fat. ive been there about 2 weeks now. have lost about 0,1 kg a day. have heard that is as much u can loose whitout that big chance that its muscle.

i still loose that amount per day but im wondering if i could go down to 2800?

50% prot 30%carbs 20 % fat.

what do u guys think?

im training 5 days a week, doing 25-35 min cardio 6 days a week if u wonder.
 
the reason that im cuttig b4 is to try to get i shape before, that way i can afford gaining some lbs whitout looking fat.

i would like to go down to lets say 10 bf and stay between 10-15 the whole cycle. right now i would say maybe 13.

my stats, 23 years, now 87,8 kgs.

i also have this other problem.

sometimes during the day, and even when i wake up, i feel bloated. even thou the weight says that i may have lost 1/4 pound i still feel big and bloated.

why is that, what am i doing wrong?
