Since I am apparently limited to the kinds of healthy foods (veggies) that I can eat...Is there a true MRP that will give you the same benifit as an actual meal? Vitamins, minerals, calories, carbs, fats, and protiens!!
I mean the total package...something that you could sucessfully rely on for a whole meal for a normal maintanence diet?
