well i lost two wifes to my industry

and yes you never get much rest as a business owner

as i have owned my own business once
ran several kitchens
and even a whole restaurants
there are other facets
such as business laws, alcohol laws, taxes, payroll, repairs and other overheads that just keep you up at night
and if you are prone to ulcers, migraines, strokes, aneuryms, or heart attacks forget it all together!

LOL.

My advice to my students on day one used to be: "If you can find another business that you can be remotely happy in, DO IT!, if not, welcome to restaurant addiction... er.. the restaurant business."

On the bright side, there is no faster way to get a whole shitload of money back into the stream than to have someone who has no experience in the buiz open restaurant.

I worked for a sweedish family in Antigua that were too busy shoveling money into the pit to really see the love. Too bad.

I've never seen him get excited about anything legal like this

Is there a forum he can go to to talk to other people interested in this stuff?
