If I did it then I would consider myself cheating... If my girl kissed another guy that is cheating then yes, if my girl kissed another girl then yes, if my girl kissed another girl with my permission then no.
I once found out that my girl was making out with another girl at my place while I was no around and all my buddies got to see it. I was pissed off pretty bad. Then I found out my last girlfriend had another girl lick whipped creme off her chest which other guys watching and I was not there. AGAIN... Pretty pissed off.
Now if I was there, I probably would have been cheering them on. But I don't like not knowing whats going on especially when other guys are around.

To take that one more step further many people feel that a close personal affection can be applied to as cheating.
Kissing and screwing are in your face cheating but emotional attachment could be far more of an connection.
