Body is tired. Had the short leg night but push and pull both over two hours the last couple night. Hit the abs hard as well. My body is very tired. Taking the day off to rest thoroughly.
Made biscuits and gravy this morning and smoking ribs for dinner this afternoon with jalapeño poppers. Load up on carbs and relax today. Need to shovel a little snow but nothing bad and no lifting today. Legs are scheduled for tomorrow.
Sleep is getting rougher and lots of restless tossing and turning. Iâm sure thatâs a contributor as well. Took some ambien to knock me out last night. I just donât like taking it unless I have to.
Have added much more fat this week and has been positive. Protein and carbs still where they should be. I have gained about 4lbs and have lost a little flab around mid section.
All and all everything probably on track I guess. Heck Iâm only 3 weeks in. Veins standing out and can feel the strength growing as well.

What you have now is fine, but iâd put a bit more carbs. Tren thrives on QUALITY carbs.

Only updates are that I have added the few extra carbs to the diet. Oatmeal and Ezekiel bread, chicken and rice or salad and rice for dinner. The mk 677 has not helped appetite yet. Have a ribeye thawed out for dinner tonight with a big sweet potato.
Sleeping is poor and restless. Melatonin doesnât help much and donât like taking ambien more than a couple times a week. No night sweats but only sleeping with a sheet over me and a little warm. Agitation has settled but wife has also slept in spare bedroom for the last week.
Training going well and hitting it hard. Last weekend of two rest days and a little carb loading did the trick and have been back at it this week. Trying to hit the abs 2 days and rest them a day. Push later today and pull tomorrow.
Bumped anadrol to 70 for the 4th and final week but have decided to stay on for one more week at 70 before dropping it.

Now that Iâm relooking at it Iâve only been doing 1 drop which I thought was 20mg. The bottle says 20mg/ml. Now that I am looking at it again I think I need 5 drops to get the full 20mg dosage. Got the 5 drops per ml from an online calc for water. Does that sound correct? 5 drops would equal 20mg. Severely under dosing I think. Well fuck

Rest is one of my down falls also. Keep hitting it hard. Get in a goo volume of food to support the growth. Iâll keep watching to see if you figure out a rest solution.

Had a few more exercises to do but cut short. Got home late but wanted to do something as I knew I was getting home even later tonight and planned on rest day today because of that.

Morning 1/2 cup steel cut oats soaked in milk overnight. 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread with protein shakes for total of 3 shakes befor lunch.
No lunch and nothing until after workout for dinner. Canât have anything in my belly during a work out at all. Mild preworkout and L arginine before workout. After workout another shake while I fix dinner of chicken and cup brown rice or salad and brown rice. Broccoli and cheese once or twice a week. The last few days one or two chocolate rice cakes for a little sweet after dinner. Total of 4 shakes (200)
Carbs around 150 and low on fat and need to get back up a little letâs call it under 50. I do usually have 1/2 an avacado with dinner too about half of the time. I do terrible in the fruit and veggie dept and know I need to get both worked in. I tend to over complicate things if you havenât figure that out yet and simple for me is good and reliable.
Drink plenty of water everyday. Multivitamins (gnc pack) zinc taurine probiotic liver support turmeric forte in the morning and a different multivitamin after workout before dinner.
Anastrozole liquid at .5 mwf, had raised a little but back to this. Freaked a little when one chest muscle was slightly larger than the other side but you guys were right and it evened back out. (Thank god! Lol) does freak a rookie out like a mother fucker though!!! Haha
2 days on PROPER dosage of mk677. Havenât noticed appetite just yet but maybe super slight increase. Did have stomach ache the last 2 days evenings. Probably coincidence but out of ordinary for me to get a tummy ache.
Added 200 masteron to the cycle dose yesterday. Test still at 500, tren still at 300. 3.3 growth before bed every night too. Last week of anadrol but will continue proviron at 50 per day. Give blood in a couple weeks and do every 10 weeks or whatever it is for Red Cross and colonoscopy at the end of the month for follow up to my surgery. Donât squirm, after almost dying Iâm all about a camera checking things out to make sure Iâm fine.
Kidding aside about a sensitive issue but when you get guys to get some age on you do not delay getting one every year. Better safe than sorry and probably could have caught my problems earlier not causing me to almost freaking die and get a foot long incision down the middle of my abs!! Measurements have lit a new fire for me, looking in mirror I could see results but measuring was the verification I needed. Grew my shoulder and biceps and lost in my tummy and hips. Fuck ya motherfuckers!! Fuck ya!!! Been giving the abs hell and not going to let up especially now.
Feels like Iâm missing something but sure donât know what it is. Enough rambling for now and whatever question you have let me know. Keep 70 anadrol for another week?? All injectables are going for 12 weeks and was going to add anavar the last 4 or 6 to finish. I really liked anavar the only concern it does cause some acne on back and shoulders.

3 protein shakes today. 4 pieces Ezekiel toast. 2 at breakfast and 2 for dinner with some bacon cheesy scrambled eggs. 1 rice cake with breakfast getting ready to watch a movie and had bought two quest cookies that Iâll have with another glass of milk. 15 protein each and only 4 net carbs. Donât drink much milk but every once in a while hits the spot. This is me living crazy on a Saturday night.
Leg day sucked but once I loosened up I did alright. Left thigh was a little swollen today. I inject super slow and massage really well after but once in a while you know how it goes.

Drove for 7 hours and was shot by the time I got to the motel, had a headache and yes tired from the drive and from long workout yesterday. Wasnât going to not do something so I did 4 sets hammer curls, 5 sets of single rows and like 8 sets of curls. Did do 1 warm up on the curls and then 4 sets of 5 reps with the 50âs!! Finished with 3 sets of 9 with 35âs. Not a whole lot but better than skipping!

Typical motel exercise room and supposed to be leg night. Spent 20 minutes on the treadmill. Did 4-5 sets of 5 ab exercises. Weighted squats, 4 sets of 10, 1/2 at 35 and 1/2 at 50. Called it good.
Dinner meeting tomorrow night so will have the night to rest. Drive home Thursday and hoping to do push Thursday night!

with mk677 nutrobal hgh goes up 100% and you'll retain water when hgh goes up, so it's normaldiet and exercise going well. extra rest day this past week but have had good hard workouts. legs in a while today and monday tuesday rest days by default and work schedule. giving blood tuesday afternoon. blood pressure has been up but nothing crazy. i'm sure my hematocrit is high as heck which it always is on cycle.
seems like i am holding water. thought i'd seen it building for a couple weeks and now i can really see in in my face, hands, fingers, ankles, belly. the only things i've changed were adding the mk677 and a little extra fish oil. should i cut the mk back to half dose of the 20mg that i take every morning? anything else come to mind?
