Damn, every time I go to the gym I'm feeling serious pain. It's not the good type of pain either. The past 4 weeks I can barely walk down stairs because my knees hurt so bad. That's on top of strained hip flexors on both legs.
I've also got a screwed up rotator cuff and can't lift overhead. Sometimes I wonder if it's worth it. I have a meet next month. I might take a few weeks off afterwards and see if some of the aches go away.
