IRONHEAD PUDDING
This no-cook, high protein meal is good any time you're in a hurry. If you have the ingredients on hand, all you need to do is stir the mess together according to the macronutrient ratios and number of calories you wish to eat at the time. In a bowl, stir together:
Low fat cottage cheese
Low fat yogurt
Vanilla flavored protein powder
Cinnamon
Optional: Cooked Rice
Optional: Plumped Raisins (for every 1 teaspoon of raisins, place them in 1/8 cup of water and microwave on high for 1 minute. Drain liquid, add raisins only).
Optional: Fresh chopped fruit
Optional: Grape nuts
Optional: Make Ambrosia by adding fresh or frozen strawberries, canned mandarin oranges and shredded coconut
havent tried it yet, but thought i'd contribute.
peace.
