LOL! Actually I've been on EF since the beginning of time or nearly that long ago.
Started pushing weights at the age of 16 in 1981 in the ancient weight room at our local YMCA waiting for my dad to meet me for our once weekly racquetball challenge. Discovered I could easily push 100 lb on the old Universal machine leg press. And it just went from there. Back in the day you never saw girls lift weight - only do cardio or Jane Fonda.
Hired my first real trainer in 1991 and discovered that yes, girls can develop biceps
Didnt' do a real BB show until I was 35 and did one last yr at age 40. Tentatively have 2 planned in July, the first on the day I turn 41...
Currently 160-ish, not sure BF, show in 9 weeks. Hoping to compete at around 140 lb, 6-7%. Then hope even more to maintain at around 145 lb, 12-14% and dump some of the mass and just be a normal person
