Interesting workout to look like a "300" King

I would have loved to see Ronnie Coleman play a part in the persian Army, then nobody would be talking about how good some of them looked. Maybe he could have taken the part of that tall psycho thing the persians had chained, and released on Leonodias.

I dunno, bros, I'm afraid I'd get too big if I did the 300 workout. Anybody have a link to what Daniel Craig did to get diced for Casino Royale? Any word on whether he used The Roid Store?

A lot of those muscles were CGI'ed in the movie, aka special effects. I'm sure the actors had to get in good shape, but please.

That routine isn't going to build big muscle on anyone. It will get you in good cardio/sport shape, but you aren't going to get big muscles doing it. You would look more like Bruce Lee then The Rock.

going off-topic here (well sort of), is 300 a must-see movie? me and my girl were gonna see it this weekend (I chose it :chomp: ).....but last time I chose, we went and seen ghostrider and that movie was just terrible

Suspend reality, and it's a fun movie.

LOL -- I clicked on the link in Al420's post and they have a picture of a guy deadlifting BLINDFOLDED

Not sure what that's supposed to do -- when I go heavy I can't see a damn thing anyway.

could not have said it better :)......right now I am close to the body of Brandon Lee, I ultimately just want to add like 10lbs of muscle and no more, be 5'10" 175lbs and I am happy toned and not chubby or skinny

175 and shredded at 5'10"? That's bigger than you think. It is certainly larger than those spartans. Bruce Lee was REALLY lean and very dry in his movies. You drop a lot of bodyweight getting that cut.

And also, if you want to look like the dudes in 300, that is totally a realistic goal. It'll take time, but it is more than realistic. The guys in that movie weren't impressive given today's standards. MAybe 2000 years ago.
