Hey guys I lifted this morning it was a ME SQ/DL day for me. So I started off by doing good mornings for triples and ended there. Before my meet in st pete my best good morning was 195 for a triple. So of course I did that today and I felt I could have done more but just in case I asked my bro to spot me/encourage me. So he came over I loaded 205 on the bar and went for my first it went up kinda slow but good when I went down for my second one I wasn't tooo sure if it was coming up and then I heard and felt a snap in my lower back my bro heard the same thing freaked out and said "OH SHIT" he helped me rack the weight then I immediately fell to the floor, it hurt so bad I couldn't bare standing up. I don't know what happened but my lower back just snapped so he brought over a bench for me to lay down on, I started seeing blury and like blue and gold stars (i'm not kidding i'm dead serious about this). I don't know he started askin me if i wanted for him to call 911 and i said no no fuck that then there wasn't anybody else around b/c it was at the gym at our school and no one is there until 3p.m. but I have to work late tonight so i went early. Well now the pain is enough for me to bare with, but I don't know what to do. tomm is an off day for me, but what should I do now. I've thought of some choices either go to the chiropractor but then he's gonna tell me I have to quit lifting and I"m not gonna listen to him so it makes no sense in me going. Is there anything I can take to make this better I already took 2 ALEVE. in 4 hours i'll take another 2. Is there any type of treatment I can do to make this better. ANYONE PLEASE HELP I'M IN PAIN.
